Except it isn't really Dan Heng - as the scene goes on, we can see he's fighting dozens of shadows that look like DH.When he meets the camera (Blade's) eyes, Blade flashes back to 'the present', where he's speared by Dan Heng. IL is facing away from Blade in his vision, but turns to look back.Hints that IL 'infected' Blade and corrupted him (or at least that's how Blade sees it)?
Current Blade is also shrouded in darkness. Interestingly here, Blade's past self is in white imagery, IL is shrouded in darkness.Before he can see his own face clearly (maybe implying he doesn't remember his past self?), IL flashes onto the screen.Blade has a vision of his past self (white hair).Trailer is making a lot of fan theories look correct, or at the very least, trailer is basically confirming that IL had something to do with Blade's transformation.
